Description

This series is prepared through unique processing for particles surface coating in order to improve compatibility with resins, and used as thermal conductive filler for polymeric composites. It displays not only good dispersibility of urethane polymers even with high filler loading, but also good thermal conductivity, low density, good electrical insulating property.

GD-U090：applicable for 0.8~1.0 (W/m·K) thermal conductive & flame retardant polyurethane adhesive with high cost performance.

GD-U151：applicable for 1.5 (W/m·K) thermal conductive & flame retardant polyurethane adhesive .

GD-U206：applicable for 2.0(W/m·K) thermal conductive & flame retardant polyurethane adhesive with low density.

GD-U370：applicable for 3.8~4.0(W/m·K) thermal conductive & flame retardant polyurethane adhesive .
